We are fully licensed and accredited by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) – Registration Numbers: 50018525 & 50021779, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern our responsibilities to you and your obligations as a client.

1. Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking with Infinity Sports Travel, a deposit or full payment is required. The booking is considered confirmed once we issue a confirmation notice. The party leader (minimum age: 18) assumes responsibility for all participants and for all financial transactions made to Infinity Sports Travel.

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. The balance is due by the agreed deadline, outlined in your invoice or correspondence. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer and may be subject to applicable processing fees. Failure to make payment in full may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly advise that you obtain comprehensive insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, repatriation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested before travel.

4. Financial Protection

As a licensed TICO travel provider, your payments for travel services offered by Infinity Sports Travel are protected under Ontario’s consumer travel legislation. We are also IATA-accredited, ensuring international booking standards and supplier accountability.

5. Documentation

Booking confirmations, invoices, and travel documents will be sent via email. Once sent, we are not liable for their loss unless due to our negligence. It is your responsibility to review all documentation for accuracy.

6. Transfers

Transfers may be by shared coach or private vehicle, depending on the booking. Specific arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. You must comply with pickup times and locations provided in your travel documents.

7. Hotels

Hotel availability and preferences (e.g., twin or double rooms) are not guaranteed. Some hotels may request a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may also collect city or resort taxes, payable directly by the guest.

8. Event Tickets

Tickets will typically be delivered electronically 24–48 hours before the event unless otherwise stated. Mobile tickets require smartphone and internet access. Group seating is guaranteed if agreed upon in advance.

9. Travel Preparations

You are responsible for ensuring all personal travel documentation, including valid passport, visa (if required), and health documents are in order. Review all requirements provided prior to travel.

10. Cancellations and Amendments

All cancellations or change requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds or credits depend on the agreed terms at the time of booking. In many cases, only partial refunds or credit vouchers may be available.

11. Changes by You

Amendments requested after booking may incur administrative and supplier fees. Airline bookings generally do not permit name changes after ticketing.

12. Cancellation by You

Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader. Charges will apply depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs. Insurance is recommended to cover these risks.

13. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make minor or major changes to your booking. In cases of significant change, you will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund.

14. Event Organizer Cancellations

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the organizer, we will issue credit valid for future use within 12 months. Price differences may apply for rebooking.

15. Complaints

Please report issues during your trip to the local provider immediately. If unresolved, contact us within 28 days of your return to file a formal complaint.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.

17. Travel Advisories

We recommend checking https://travel.gc.ca for official Government of Canada travel advisories prior to departure.

18. Pricing

All prices are based on current exchange rates and supplier costs. Significant changes (over 2%) may result in price adjustments. Pricing is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.

19. Safety Standards

Standards may differ from those in Canada. We ensure our suppliers meet local regulatory requirements, though these may not always match Canadian norms.

20. Flights

Flight schedules may change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as we are informed. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes.

21. Delays

For airline delays, refer to the airline's compensation policy. We do not accept liability for delays but will provide support and assistance where possible.

22. Behavior & Damage

You are liable for any damage or misconduct caused by you or your group during the trip. Misconduct may lead to your removal from accommodations or events, with no refund.

23. Our Liability

Our responsibility is to deliver the travel services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to twice the value of your booking unless injury, illness, or death is proven to be a result of our negligence.

24. Prompt Assistance

We will offer assistance in case of emergency or supplier failure while you are traveling, within the reasonable scope of our support capabilities.

25. Data Protection

Your data is managed securely in compliance with Canadian privacy laws. Necessary information may be shared with suppliers as part of your booking.
